Small, Small, Small || Worship Wednesday

If you get to the end, tell me if you agree!♥️ “Remember well the Book of Mormon account of Helaman’s two thousand stripling warriors and how the teachings of their mothers gave them strength and faith. These marvelous mothers taught them to put on the whole armor of God, to place their trust in the Lord, and to doubt not.”-Ezra Taft Benson

The WHOLE armor of God. I know. That’s a big responsibility. It can sound overwhelming. Half of the time, I’m yelling out the back door for the kids to just put on their bike helmets.😅

I believe it’s the little things that can be mighty for our own little warriors. The small conversations over dinner, taking time to answer that question in the car. Reminding them of what we believe and participate in, while keeping love for others.

The WHOLE armor of God can feel overwhelming, when you can’t even see past the dinner dishes and bedtime.

The Spirit whispers to me: “Small Things.”

Bringing in Christ to their minds and hearts daily through prayer, even if everyone’s eyes aren’t closed. Apologizing for being snappy. Smiling when they walk into the room. Bringing them with you to check on an old friend. Choosing a positive thought instead of a frustrated one. Giving someone grace instead of bashing them. Teaching them that people have hard days. Reciting a scripture over breakfast.

Small moments. Small conversations. Small facial expressions. Small acts of righteousness. Small, small, small.
THAT may be what the “WHOLE” Armor of God means in this season of small warriors.💕
